She rests her temple on his shoulder, eyes still closed.

"I still have a list for Creekside, but - I want to at least tint those fucking windows."

"The windows are a problem. Maybe I can get someone to magic them into being bullet proof." It's something, at least. He's sure it can be done.

"And one way," she agrees, then remembers Vrenille's invisible gun.

"Or maybe spelled to look like solid walls. All three."

"So I can still look out?" He loves the view, dangerous as it is. "Yeah I like that. You should decorate it for me."

She's already picking a lot of his wardrobe.

"We have a whole new set of stores to hit if you want that," she says, which is not a no by any means.

"Home decor is different than fashion."

"Yeah I'm even less versed in home decor than I am in fashion," he grimaces. "I've got maybe three items I'll be moving with me."
