      Creekside is a property that is three steps past fixer upper and closer to a ruin: half a day's walk outside of the city and with no visible neighbors, while a lot of the original construction is largely still in place, much of it is in desperate need of repair to function.  Without electricity or running water, the bones are good, it just needs to build up muscle again under the right hands.
