IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•CURRENT CANON POINT: 7x16, shot during the battle of Alexandria
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Christian Serratos! Rosita is three or fourish years into a virus-spawned zombie apocalypse which either directly or through attendant survival situations wiped out all but approximately 1% of the population. She's 5'7" and very slenderly built anyway, but her current canon point her community has been fighting and rationing for a fair bit so she's a bit underweight and leanly muscled, she wears very utilitarian and not always well fitted clothing that is threadbare and has mysterious stains, and she does her best to always have something knifelike if not an actual knife on hand at all times. She's a clean person but she's both put in long hours working and walking in Southern summer, and been surrounded by the actively decomposing dead in a society that can't afford to prioritize cleanliness, so at least at first she will likely not smell the best but she'll happily take advantage of showers and limitless running water now. She has several older scars from fighting almost daily for the past couple years, a new gunshot wound scar in her upper left chest, and a freshly stitched knife wound on her cheek under her right eye.
•DEMEANOR: Rosita, currently, is very quick to anger and very direct about it. She's defensive and shut down and does not feel comfortable around what she considers normal people, i.e. people who have never had to argue with themselves about if it's better to starve or try eating week old road kill. She is confident in her ability to protect herself with most people and will not back down from confrontation. She can be very dismissive and standoffish with strangers but once she's made a connection with someone she is very warm and affectionate. She is protective of her people.
•ABILITIES: Rosita is human. She has a wide array of mismatched survival skills and knowledge - including but not limited to knots, firearms, knife work, how to build a water filter out of nothing, how to wire dynamite, how to fix a radio and cars including emergency vehicles - but no formal training and no special abilities. She is known in canon as the person who knows how to do all the little odds and ends that others don't and for picking up skills and knowledge very quickly and well.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: Rosita is infected with the wildfire virus, as are all survivors in her canon. This will be nullified on the Barge but she won't know that, necessarily, and could be used for future plot purposes.
•CABIN INFORMATION: The door to Rosita's cabin is fairly new, professionally painted wood. Inside is her bedroom from the house she was given in Alexandria, which was originally built as a crisis community for government officials, so it's comfortable and reasonably modern but also distinctly farmhouse.
